"Great thing is they got my car running again after a horrid experience with someone who started maintenance and then completely abandoned everything..leaving my car undrivable. However this was after five months of having it in their possession and a decision to ultimately go get it because I refused to wait another five months for it to be finished. It took them three months to even get to it after them assuring me it was the next vehicle to be worked on…only to be given the run around time and time again. There was no sense of urgency, and communication was non existent. They charged me for a new battery even though my battery that I had just bought was dropped off at the shop separately. Overall it didn’t sit well with me."
