"Absolutely the worst run, least staffed and worthless banking institution I’ve ever seen in my life. I stood in line behind one person for 25 minutes and still have not getting up to make a simple withdrawal. A customer in front of me and behind me left, they were so upset at waiting for so long. I watched the teller making the customer at the desk money orders or cashier checks, then the teller did a withdrawal, then the teller changed out big bills for little bills, then the teller was upselling getting a US Bank credit card, then the Teller is being chatty with the customer, the whole while six other customers are standing there waiting and not getting serviced. I have lots of money DD'd into this account monthly. I am taking my money elsewhere, because even though I do not come in here often, everytime I do, it takes FORRRRRRREEEEEEEVVVVVER. They have one person working seven people in line, and lines not moving. Manager sitting on the phone talking to somebody not helping, knowing that there are multiple persons waiting and obviously upset at such a large wait. I don't care what the excuse, if you Manage and Lead a team, and you see a deficiency, then you correct it. A little older man walked in and went to the man to ask for service and the Manager told him to go to the line (the long line we were all standing in). I am pulling every cent of my money out of this bank and switching banks immediately this is absolutely ridiculous. I don't care about any staff shortage, and I also do not like that the employees use a laptop to do all of our business. Go to any other bank for a cashier check and withdrawal, you will be in and out in a matter of moments. Do not expect that here."

"Since the US Bank closed it's main bank on Beltline Rd. The small bank inside Schnucks is busy at times but the staff does a great job. Please be patient with the tellers it's not their fault that the US Bank has a small staff at this location."

"Great staff. Friendly, knowledgable personnel. I will miss the Schnucks branch people because US Bank is downsizing so the assistant branch managers and other personnel are getting laid off December 20. Merry Christmas US Bank."

"I have been banking with U.S.Bank since they opened in Collinsville. I always use the main branch, but went to the one located in Schnucks because of their late hours. I have been getting the run around for a month about a loan. The loan officer that started the application hasn't been to work in 3 weeks. Is no one picking up where she left off on any of her loan applications? I now have dealt with an assistant branch manager and the branch manager himself. Neither one are of any help whatsoever. Everyone is passing the blame onto someone else. For a big corporation this is very disappointing to me. I am concerned about the lack of training that is happening at this location."
