"Someone from the security / fraud department told me my debit card was one of hundreds that may or may not have had the debit card numbers compromised. I asked them how and when it was compromised. They would not tell me. I suspect it was some kind of hack or security breach at the headquarters. That's probably why they wouldn't say. And they don't want the general public to know that their accounts are not secure. They said it happened in December. I told them if they could not tell me more details, I did not want a new debit card since I did not have any false charges on the account. Now it's March and they are calling me again with no more information about how it happened. But they said they are cancelling the card, with no more information to share. A bank or credit union has a duty to be honest with customers. Scott Credit Union has not done that. I will likely be changing banks."

"This has been chewing on me for some time now. I called to get a personal loan to pay off credit cards. I had a loan officer call me back with a low rate loan quote, and a 12k amount. I called to take advantage of the loan, and the interest rate, I was told that was a mistake, and the interest rate almost tripled, and was given the gross amount allowed was a third of the original, quoted amount. I have seen this bait and switch with other customers, or their loan department just doesn't know what they are doing. I'm looking for a new CU or bank!!!"

"Worst loan company I have ever used!!! my payments are constantly “being lost in the mail” took me two months to get my lien release after my car was paid off. 100% would not get a loan throw Scott Credit Union they are a joke."

"I came to the Collinsville location today to cash a check. I was the 4th car to pull in the drive thru. The 3 cars were helped and gone by the time someone said hi and I could ask for a deposit slip. Four new cars pulled into the drive thru while I waited for the deposit slip. Those 4 new cars left and I was the only car in the drive thru before I received cash back. Not sure who in there hates me but I was skipped MULTIPLE times. Please do not go if you are pressed for time because they Pick and Choose when they want to help you, not the order in which you came."
