"OMG, A Thousand Blessing, upon this young lady. She has been more like a blessed friend & truly more than just my AFLAC Agent. I have bugged her at odd hours with questions that a normal agent/person would have stopped answering their phone when she saw the name pop up!... But not Jana, She answers and I can feel her smile across the line and her, always Cheerful "Hello" resonates in my ear. This lady should get an award for her troubles alone, let alone the time, patients and care she has provided (just for me) to AFLAC Members like myself. She has provided myself with coverage information I require to submit and takes the time to ensure that I use the correct form and documentation applicable to the request.
