Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"I was just on the phone with an African American young man whose name started with S and was extremely disrespectful to me. He hanged up the phone while I was talking. I met this man before when I banked in person and he definitely lacks character!!!"

"The Bank of America tellers are no longer in this building. ATM's are still active here Edit: They do have people physically on the premises now. At the time of my initial review they did not."

"I’ve had a few negative experiences at Bank of America. My parents chose to do their banking with them before health challenges hit. Even though we’ve taken all legal steps for my brother and me to be on their accounts, they’ve still required I have my dad transported in his wheelchair (he’s had both legs amputated, has a colostomy, catheter, etc.) to join me for transactions. Today I’m taking the time to share because I went to check on a small account my mother and aunt, both now deceased, shared. It was only a few hundred dollars, but without notice became an account that charged $25 per month. So, Bank of America kept the money and closed the account without notifying us. I also had to deposit a check for my dad today. The lady at the counter sent me to the lady in the office who sent me back to the counter.... Honestly, if I ever meet one kind person there I’ll be so happy. Actually, the security guy greeting you was nice. The banking issues, however, add unnecessary stress. My husband and I have always used UMB, and I’m reminded of my gratitude for our decision every time I encounter this Bank of America."

"I do not bank with this bank but I am a security guard for Bank of America at 800 Market St in St Louis Missouri. I just recently learned that I am getting switched to another post. These people here at this location are always on top of there game, never get upset and take care of business. I want to give a shout out to Cathy, Christan, Leah, Ryan, Lindsay and Julie for making my time here very pleasurable. Thank you guys so much."

"The plaza west of the building provides a welcome relief from the hard surfaces of the city streets and sidewalks. There are many species of mature trees and an assortment of plantings, including hostas and berry bushes. The plaza is adjacent to the Fillipine Garden, east of the Thomas Eagleton Courts Building. The two creates an almost 4 acre oasis."
