"I lost my son May 11, 2024. This is the Saturday before Mother's Day. My son body was released to Ronald L Jones. I don't think writing a Review is enough to express my gratitude. Vanessa, her husband, & staff went beyond my expectations. The grief is overwhelming but Vanessa made the greivousness tolerable. She didn't rush or force me to make any decisions. She didn't try to over charge me for anything. She was very patient with me & my family. Vanessa was very detailed in explaining the process & prices. I sat in there for a few hours because I was in such a disbelief. I couldn't even check the box "In Loving Memory". It was like she held my hand and took me step by step. I had a special request for his sign in book. WOW!!! She delivered that flawlessly. Everyone was amazed of the outcome!! It was beautiful and I will forever treasure the loved I encountered there. My son injury was to his face. As a grieving mother, I didn't know what to expect at the viewing. When I walked in that chapel & looked at my son words can't express what I saw. It wasn't any imperfections in his features, color, lining, or etc. She executed a mirror reflection. He literally looked like he was sleeping peacefully. Even, with a sadden heart it brought me comfort. I know Ronald L Jones is a business but love was implemented here. Vanessa stayed up late nights touching basis to make sure this home going was MOTHER APPROVED. I give my sincere condolences to anyone who is reading this & is undecided on a mortuary. Ronald L Jones will check all the boxes because of the love Vanessa, her husband, & staff delivers in your time of grievance. I just want to THANK YOU for your love & compassion."

"My nephew had his funeral service there a week ago and I can’t go another day without letting them know they did an outstanding job! My family and friends we so happy to see him looking just like him peacefully sleeping! From the planning to the service til we left the graveyard they were there to make sure everything was as my sister wanted, Big thanks to my new big sister Mrs. Vanessa we love all the love you showed the family. "Mrs Vanessa P, her husband and staff went above and beyond on assisting us with the services for my nephew. She listened to every single request and delivered. Her spirit was calm and the way everything came together I knew she was being used by God to provide our family with a sense of comfort. I’m not sure what I felt before about the services there but after this experience I will be telling everyone about Ronald L. Jones. The building is redecorated and gives a welcoming feel. It’s really nice. I guess you wouldn’t understand what I’m saying in its entirety until you have to understand. It’s 4:30 am and I should have waited to do a better review but please if you are looking to base your decision off reviews hopefully you understand that people who show love and compassion like Mrs Vanessa did aren’t just walking around ready to help you. It’s normally about the money. Not here. Not with her. I’m giving her 5 extra stars on this review. Would Recommend"
