"Busey Bank get a five-star rating for me and my family the staff there are so helpful thoughtful and caring after I had a problem with a company ADT going into my account and I did not know but they was doing that the staff members alerted me and let me know what was going on I was just dumbfounded to find out that this company could do this to me but the staff at busey Bank stepped in and reassured me they will help me out I had surgery for my heart I could not afford my medicine when this company went into my account and just took what they want to out of my account my busy Bank stepped in and helped me out with the I owe my lifestaff looking at them my account my help I am so thankful for this that someone still cares busey Bank is a great business and they care about their customers not just for the money they really cares the staff there on South Grand is awesome"

"After abruptly closing your bank account without notifying you, they have the audacity to keep your hard-earned money for a long period of time. It doesn't matter how long you have been with them. Also, I have never been to a bank that you have to be buzzed in and go through metal detectors. I’m kind of thankful that this happened now. It prevented me from having further issues with this unprofessional branch."

"I have had a bank account here as well for about 12 years. I went to the office location on South Grand in St. Louis, Missouri to open another account and was total turned off by their new security system. I understand the security precautions are their to protect the bank and the employees however; as a business first impressions are everything I felt like I was walking into a prison. As a customer I should feel welcomed as soon as I walk into the door. I think you all need to re-think your security precaution or, you will lose existing and potential customers."
