"Throughout my history of interacting with banks regardless of the location or specific organization, which I've never been overwhelmed with such generosity and graditude from an employee. Initially I concluded an business transaction with a local company, which I was given a check for such sale. Shortly I became somewhat irritated bc I was given a check instead of cash...LoL. Fast forwarding upon my arrival to the Bank facility (Midwest BankCentre) that's located within the City of Pagedale, which I arrived moments later. Once I arrived I was greeted by the security officer who stood guard at the entrance door. I continued to walk up to the bank teller (Yolande Q.), which I was next in line who seemed very plesant and welcoming. Shortly I was greeted by another bank teller who was later identified as Serilla F. Serilla seemed to be just walking by and noticed a customer in line. Serilla briefly stopped and stated "Sir do you want any coffee, water, or anything else to drink?" I replied "No Thank you that was very nice, which I've never been asked anything like that within a bank before." I really appreciated Serilla positive attitude and excellent work ethics that certainly made me feel good about having any contact with the bank period. If I was a individual who didn't have an bank account or in the future decided to change banks, which I would certainly open an account within this specific loaction based off my positive memorable experience with Serilla F.
