"Absolutely pathetic customer service. While attempting to get through on the phone to a customer service agent I was sent to voice mail on three separate attempts after less than 2 minutes on hold and being told I am first in the call queue. I finally got through and told the CSR that we had received information that we owed $36.50 on a closed account but did not know why. Her answer was I can go into a branch and pay the money and they can look it up and tell me why, basically offering no help at all. I pushed to have the CSR look up the issue and, while the explanation I received is perfectly acceptable, being told by a CSR that I should go to a branch to get a question answered when the information was readily available is lazy and unprofessional. If you are interested in pulling the recorded call data, it occured on 8/9/2023 with the call initiating at 10:15 AM and terminating at 10:21 AM. Also, your chatbot is telling people you're business is not opened on Wednesdays at 9:45 AM. A purely bush league operation."
