"Dawn is a nice person and seems like she knows insurance. Here’s my issue with her and her office. I was coming over from another Farmers agent. I had a sit down with Dawn and the meeting seemed to go well. At the end of the meeting it seem like she was going to take everything to switch over to her office. Fast forward 4 months and her office still did not process the paperwork. I gave them two months for clerical work and processing. I called her office to see what’s up and was told they had forgot about me and didn’t process any paperwork. This is not what you should expect from a insurance agent especially when time is of the essence. You usually don’t call your insurance agent because you wanna have a chat normally it’s because something has gone wrong and you need immediate assistance! I would be wary of Dawn and her staff because it seems like they do not take what they do seriously. I would strongly recommend a different Farmers agent. I have no gripe with Farmers insurance themselves. They have been very good to me and my coverage fits my needs. I would highly recommend that you stay away from this farmers office!"
