"Update 2: The store canceled all of my preorders for the next three MTG sets. I’d been hoping to see if they did better in the future but guess we won’t find out. Update 1: The store has stated a refund will be given for one of my unfulfilled orders. I’m hopeful that my upcoming preorders will be handled better. Not planning to give more money to this store for the time being though Original: It saddens me to echo the sentiments of the other recent dozen reviews. I was attracted to this store for seemingly competitive prices on upcoming products. However, in practice, performance has been less than desirable. I’ve reached out to the store multiple times for items that have been marked as fulfilled but have not shipped after weeks. The store has not responded after multiple days and a follow up email, despite their policy which states they will respond within 24 hours. Generally I’m angry when writing a review like this, but right now I’m just sad and concerned for the thousands of dollars I’ve handed over to this store."

"Do not under any circumstance order from this store. Any review that’s naming “Ben” or whoever they choose are just fake reviews to balance out the 1 stars. Look at them. It’s always the same garbage, “Ben helped me out so much they’re awesome guys!” And then some generic picture of the lobby. They have had over $1500 of my money tied up for now 6 months. Absolute garbage human beings. I hear the owner is a real piece of work too. Report these guys to WOTC and try to get their ability to sell revoked. Doesn’t matter if it’s good experiences in store, they know exactly what they’re doing and don’t care at all. Do not support a business that scams their customers."

"I recently made a purchase ahead of the Pokemon Twilight Masquerade release. It was an order of 6 booster boxes since they had 'sold out' of the cases at the time. I was hopeful they'd send me a case rather then 6 boxes... and boy was I happy when it hit my doorstep. It was a case. This company also has great prices and fast delivery services. I will buy again! I'm glad I didnt listen to the online trolls."

"First visit! This store is great! It's got an amazingly easy catalog system that you can search for specific cards. The people are easy to talk to and very helpful. The environment is super chill and great to play with friend or make new ones. They have there own gaming room you use to have a private gaming session. Absolutely love it!"
