Barely anyone is face down in their phone bc this is a real gym with people who wanna lift and not waste their time. Don't overthink... just join!"

"Visited home and needed a place to get my workouts in for a week. I am so glad I found this gym! A competing bodybuilder’s dream. The variety of equipment they have is extensive (several chest presses, machine row, vertical leg press/pendulum squat, it goes on and on anything you would need they have) and it is all well taken care of. The gym is also very clean, members actually wipe down their equipment and weights/attachments always in the right place. Staff and environment are super friendly. I can honestly say I am so excited to visit home again so I can lift here again."

"Great gym, the overall energy and culture is hard to beat especially when compared to more commercial gyms in the area (club fitness mainly). As a bodybuilder, the Atlantis equipment is hard to beat and despite being a little older line, it is well taken care of and everything works great. If you’re looking for a no nonsense gym, this is it."

"Fit City is great! The gym is huge and has a wide variety of equipment. The staff there are so friendly, Brendan at the front desk and Michael H. the personal trainer are the best! The equipment is a bit old, but everything is well taken care of and looked after. The gym is clean and everyone I’ve met so far has been courteous and polite. I’m happy to have found my new home away from home."

"My training is physique focused, bodybuilding style. I struggle to find good gyms when I'm traveling because most search engines can't seem to differentiate between bodybuilding, power lifting, and CrossFit gyms. Sometimes pictures help but website descriptions can also be misleading as many gyms try to appeal to all audiences. Fit City gave me a clue when their site claimed to have the different kinds of leg press, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I was not disappointed! They have a huge selection of Atlantis equipment-not just 3 leg press-they have hack press, 2 gym sharks, 2 calf raises, RDL/row machine, pendulum squat and and "The Cave" has reached for squat and areas for deadlift. This gym has everything I needed to really wreck my legs. It was easy to find with plenty of parking is and well equipped for bodybuilding and power lifting."
