Our groundbreaking Yoga Scholarship Program is designed to offer the healing benefits of yoga and meditation to local students, single-income households, and individuals in recovery. We aim to provide a safe space for those in need of mental health support and a place to reconnect with themselves.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just beginning your journey, we warmly welcome you to Living Yoga. Our offerings include hot yoga classes, guided meditation sessions, cold plunge therapy, and private yoga lessons, with financial aid available for those who qualify. Our mission is to destigmatize yoga as a hobby for the privileged and make it a mainstream practice accessible to everyone, everywhere. We empower our students to take their yoga practice beyond the mat and into their everyday lives.
For those visiting us, please note that GPS will direct you to the front entrance on Harrison Street, but parking is available at the back. Feel free to park in our driveway or on neighboring streets. Please be aware that our doors are locked at the beginning of each class, so if you're running late, kindly let us know by texting us at 908-914-8240.

"Living Yoga is my favorite studio in the area! I come here for my weekly (or sometimes 3x per week) therapy session. I have found that I am more mindful in my everyday life and have less anxiety. Ayla and the other instructors are amazing teachers and supportive. I’d highly recommend this studio to any beginners wanting to try out yoga for the first time or those wanting to expand their practice. "So I am a 47 year old construction worker and have only been doing yoga for a short time. I have never in my life ever wanted anything to do with hot yoga. Being hot on purpose sounds like angry time to me. However, possessed by a spirit of curiosity and openness I decided to try a class, A hot one, at Living Yoga. To my surprise I absolutely loved it. I go now as often as I can and have always left a class feeling not only physically better but mentally as well. The teachers that I have met have all been very enthusiastic and absolutely in love with what they do and it shows. I feel comfortable and heard. "It was my first time at yoga for me and it could have not been a better experience!! I was super nervous but from the minute I walked in the door Ayla made me feel right at home :) The vibe in the studio was very comfortable and all of the students welcoming. "I am so grateful to have found Living Yoga QC! Ayla is patient and knowledgeable, the space is clean and welcoming, and the classes are fantastic. I have flirted with yoga off and on for many years looking for the right studio or the right teacher. Ayla manages to have the delicate balance of being both down-to-earth and spiritual so that her classes aren't off-putting in any way. You feel welcomed and capable in her care. She explains poses and physiology and walks you through how to do poses at your own body's pace. Additionally, because she understands her practice she's able to work with students' individual needs and speak to what specific stretches will help with specific issues or injuries (I have a few). The price is great, the parking and location are convenient, and Ayla is an excellent instructor."
