"Usually like Stuff Etc. Disappointed tonight. Went in at 5:30 to get my check, had to use the restroom urgently with my two small children. Bathrooms were closed. Employee told me to go next door to Big Lots since they were already cleaned. They do not close until 6. Disappointed in their customer service. Frequent consigner and customer."

"Way too overpriced, very rude staff.. The lady getting my friend and i a dressing room pretty much said everything to us but actually calling us fat. honesty really cute clothes for such a trash looking place, id give it zero stars if i could."

"Non-specific sales signs in the back towards the children's area. Unprofessional manager with an attitude thinking she's better than her employees... Embarrassing herself. Her customer service skills lack and will be the demise of this store. And why is she watching her employee so close does she have any better job than to make it appear as if her employee is a thief in front of all the customers. She lacks confidence and managerial skill for sure. She should find a job she loves. Instead of blaming with her attitude her employees and customers for her lack thereof a great attitude with a customer first approach. I didn't even ask for money back. Tells me how broke she is mentally. Get it together and fix the sign for your customers! "Mrs. I don't want to do anything nice" Her words."

"I am not sure what was going on but the last few times have been the same. Very slow in taking consignment items and when I say slow, I mean very slow. Now you get a number and it’s taking almost 15 minutes to get through one person because the person who is taking new items is taking their time and screwing around between people. We had over 15+ people waiting and no explanations on why the wait was this long and no communication to any of us customers. In my opinion the gal working today should have called for backup. She should have communicated to the multiple people waiting around in confusion as to why it was so slow. Only 5 people had made it through and by that time 4 had left because of how slow it was. Being in customer service my perception of how this is being ran is not good. I would rather donate my clothes than sit around for an hour watching the mess and inconsideration I saw today. I will not be coming back again. There was no communication or preparation, and no idea if they’re putting the customer first. It does not seem like it."
