Alligator Self Storage - Belleville

"Was 5 stars when this was owned by All American Storage. Unfortunately they changed ownership and are now called Alligator Storage. Had issues getting into the gate to get access to my storage unit. Called and asked for assistance and was told someone should call me soon. Wasted gas travelling to and from unit for nothing. Never did get a call back during the gate issue. Ever since the new company came in the price raised 3 times. I have since moved to another storage unit which is cleaner and cheaper. Also, please beware this storage unit is in a flood zone and has flooded before. Nothing of importance was damaged. They make it very difficult to try to get a hold of someone to cancel the storage unit. Had to hit the option for new customers to even speak to someone. So, in summary if you do not have anything not importance and just need something quick and don't mind a bit of dust and dirt Ending up on your items this is your place."

"After having researched several facilities, and using some that we ended up not liking, Alligator Self Storage was the best option for us. They are reasonably priced with excellent management. Great facilities if you’re in a bind or need extra storage space for a long period of time."

"I really wish more business were ran this way. My family and I were relocating out of state. We had a lot of unknowns at the time. My wife started her job in another state. We sold our house quicker than anticipated. When I called and inquired about storage and u haul rentals The owner assured me that this was one thing that I did not need to worry about. He explained that as long as kept him informed of what was going on ahead of time that he would work to help me in anyway that he could. He followed through as promised, there is not enough gratitude in the world for this business and the owner. He could have taken me for a ride but he did not. He was honest up front and came through as promised. Five stars is not enough I really do wish more business were ran like this. He showed compassion ,empathy and was just all around a great guy. Thank you again !!!!!!"

"Where do I start!? ...I needed a Uhaul at the drop of a dime. George helped get me exactly what I needed. He is honest, funny, genuine and goes over everything! We were so stressed about it all and George just helped ease so very much of it.. He went above and beyond. My boyfriend and I were so impressed. We will use nobody else for moving. I would spend the extra miles just to rent from this place. I Highly recommend. 5 stars. Thank you George!"
