"We have lived on Scott AFB for 4 years now and have met and dealt with several different employees at the post office on base. Some workers were more welcoming than others. The hours sometimes can be frustrating but overall haven’t had an issue. He current employee, Ms. V is a very sweet, patient kind lady. She always has a smile. Sometimes our expectations and time line can be the issue and a little kindness goes along way!"

"I have been on eBay since 1999. I have had a driving job for many years now where I stop all around the state at post offices when I get the chance because I'm always mailing something. And even after all of those places I can honestly say that this is the worst post office I have ever been to. I have tried coming here twice both times were during working hours. The door is open but no one is at the counter. I ring the bell that they have to call somebody but no one ever comes. Absolute waste of my time"

"Never open when their signs say they’re “open,” have gone countless times. Showed up at their “open” time in the morning and workers don’t even show up on time til later. If it was for an appointment maybe they could’ve put the day before up a sign. Finally went in and they were like can’t help you out our system was down, person was on their phone which seemed to me unprofessional because you never know who will walk in. Better off going to off base postal service where customer service is much better."

"The website shows open till 4pm. Door shows they close at 345. My son and i showed up to pick up important medication but the doors were closed at 330. The lady just sat there and looked at us when we knocked and then walked away."

"Went to mail 2 packages and didn't get either one taken care of. The worker she needs a classes in customer service. Very rude young lady. Yes she maybe over worked but if you are she's not suppose to show it to customer. Customer are why you have a JOB!"
