"The lady at the front desk was so helpful and kind and really made my experience here feel great. All of the worker there were beyond nice! Now the reason for the one star is for the worker named Steven. His attitude is disgusting and he is so rude for no reason. The way he turned me away he took so much pleasure in it. I couldn’t believe it. And people are not mind readers so if you don’t ask them what you need obviously they are not going to know what to provide you! He needs to work on his customer service and little side comments."

"Worker put the wrong date in computer for a temporary DOT medical card for my cdl license. When I came back with the approved 1 year card, the date didn't match with the one originally entered. She wanted me to go back to the doctor and have the doctor change the date to the "wrong" date entered. The doctor wouldn't falsify information. I went to the Belleville facility where they took all my info and faxed it to Springfield and rectified the problem. ESL facility didn't even care to fix their own mistake!"
