"This is just an amazing tribute to the tragedy of 9/11. Belleville was selected as one of the towns to receive a piece of the steal beams from one of the towers. They walk you through the events of that day. Explaining everything that happened. There is parking at the beginning of the walk and it is situated in front of the fire station."
"Beautiful tribute to the tragedy of 9/11. The walkway guides you through the events of the morning. The piece of melted steel brings chills. Plenty of places to sit and take it all in."
"Located directly in front of the Belleville Fire Department Station #4. This somber memorial reflects the specific events leading up to the infamous & unforgettable series of tragedies on 9/11/2001. Each stone placard relates to a particular story with the exact time that it happened. The memorial culminates with a structure retaining an actual steel beam removed from the carnage of the World Trade Center Towers formerly located in New York City. Finally, at the far end of the exhibit are commemorative bricks with the names of contributors to this 9-11 memorial."
