"This place seriously needs new management!! Every time I come here they are extremely rude, and take forever on simple tasks. Why are your employees mad all the time? Went to the Mascutah dmv and was in and out in 15 mins. Everyone there was friendly with a smile on their face. Belleville location should go out there for training classes."
"I made an appointment time online and was greeted right at my scheduled time. The tellers were all friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I reviewed the website before going in to make sure I had all the necessary documents for a smooth visit. I will definitely use the Belleville DMV for future needs."
"Turning 50 this weekend. Time to renew my drivers license. I had to retest for vision, so I was required to come into the DMV. I admit I was dreading it. I arrived 10 minutes before they opened to realize that I needed an appointment, and that totally freaked me out. But they had a QR code outside the door that allowed me to make the appointment as I stood there. Then, I walked up to the counter, and the greeter got me right into line. It took a grand total of 37 minutes to renew my license and get a real ID, which included a new picture, verifying documents, payment, vision test and a computerized “written” exam which was very straightforward. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and efficient. I was very pleasantly surprised My fears were totally unwarranted. In fact, I would say that it was the friendliest, most helpful, most efficient, all-around-best experience I’ve had at a DMV in my life. Well done, y’all! Next time, I’ll be much more at ease. Thank you!"
"All I can say is I'm glad they work at the DMV instead of the airport. We'd all be dead. And come on people. Smile. Do you think you're the only people who have a job you don't like? And if people come in and get an attitude with you sometimes, maybe it's time for some of you to look in the mirror. I give it a 1 for the very few nice people who work there. The rest of them look like they just ate a lemon."
"Thanks Alana for being one of the nicest people that works here! Everyone else, HORRIBLE! There are 2 other people here that are nice, but unfortunately I didn't get their name. Steven, you should do better with the passive aggressive attitude. It's unnecessary! And to the lady that answered the phone today on 2.29.24 @ around 1055 when I called to ask about why my license number was different, I'm totally fine with you hanging up in my face AFTER I politely said thank you. Your bitterness and pathetic attitude is funny. Not sure how you got your job because you're rude AH, but I'm not surprised you were hired to do a government job. Lol."
