"I rented a storage unit at this facility on 03-22-19, I was assigned a unit that was already rented. First red flag I mean if a facility can’t even keep track of what units are empty and rented I should have left at that point. This morning 04-20-19 We found our unit was broken into they took most of our commercial lawn care equipment and tools, fortunately they left behind our commercial lawn mowers. Not even a month and our equipment was stolen. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Metro East mini-storage across the street is a much safer,cleaner and well maintained facility."

I can have my packages delivered to the office and they will put them in my storage unit right away. The family owned business has always gone above and beyond for me.
