"5 months in. No bill. No trashcan. No service. Shut off for the weekend no notice. Everytime you call its someone elses problem. 4 phone calls and i still dont have an account number. Lousy service for such a nice town. Id wish a professional company would manage this utility. Never had an issue with water. Ameren quadrupled my bill but i spend all my time worried about these jackoffs."
