"The cemetery still needs a lot of work. There are potholes that are terrible. We came up from Florida to see our son grave all of it needed mowing couldn’t see around the corner. The bushes and trees need trimming terribly, as I’ve said before it used to be a very nice cemetery, very sad at this point"

"Planning a funeral is never easy, especially when it’s your own, except when you work with Michael, and the Valhalla-Gaerdner-Holten Funeral Home. They made the entire process very easy. When the time comes I’m sure our children will appreciate the fact that everything is arranged and they do not have to make plans in their time of grief. All they have to do is make a call and everything will be handled for them, including a catered meal for after the funeral. Yes, you read that right. No need to travel all over to find a restaurant. If you haven’t planned your funeral I would urge you to do so. Count it as a parting gift to your children."

"The great .. Their customer service was fantastic Timothy and Michael handled everything and was able to keep us under the budget we had to spend. They followed up to ensure all was taken care of and Timothy took the time to fill our jewelry with some ashes. Fantastic customer service. The ok .. They are "corporate" so they have little wiggle room in terms of prices and because of that they were more expensive than other places (but we were locked into a plot there and for simplicity had services there) Day of the service, the USB stick would not play in the TV so we had no pictures. I had backed it up as a movie (WMP/MOV/MP4) and as jpg files, all said unreadable by thr TV but all their computers could read it. They did try to help as much as they could, but it really was the TV equipment being so far out of date. A laptop connection would work better... All in all the staff themselves tried their best to work around the IT issues and provided fantastic customer service which is why I gave them 4 (would give 4.5 if it let me)"
