"My mother passed away in 2009 and since then, her picture has been off and her vase has been broken. I went to visit her today 8/20/24 and her grave was covered in old grass. I couldn’t even see her name. Sunset Gardens do not take pride in house they treat our deceased family members and it’s insulting and disrespectful. Do better."

"I literally hate this cemetery and the disgusting staff that's hired to work in that front office. My sister was buried out there in September of 2022, and for some reason her headstone has been moved to another person's grave and now someone else's headstone is sitting at her grave. I have called the office NUMEROUS times and was about to speak to someone once before they stopped answering the phone. I was told a supervisor would contact me, yet that was a lie. I'm almost ready to go and fix it back myself. Please go check on your relatives and loved ones because it seems like Sunset could careless and/or running a scam."

"The people that work in the office at Sunset are rude and non caring . They don’t care if you loss your loved ones, they act like you’re bothering them when you call or come in . The groundskeepers are more professional than the people in the office . I had an horrible experience just trying to sign for the burial plot . I will not be purchasing my Moms headstone from them because of this experience. How are you rude during normal business hours. It’s sad that my family members had that same exact experience. I would give them no stars if I could ."
