"I just recently went to Dr. Hollie, at the end of july. The staff is always friendly and polite. George makes me feel very comfortable. Always ask if he can get me something. I've been seeing her when she was off of Butler Hill Rd..so were talking almost 20 years. I'm a 70-year-old white woman.. She makes me feel like she cares, as well as her staff. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. I rate her and her staff over the top..I'm serious. I drive from Desoto because I can't say it any other way. She cares."

"Let me start by saying I love Dr. Hollie I've never had an unpleasant encounter with her. However, her staff I find to be extremely rude, unprofessional, not knowledgeable, and very nonchalant. They don't answer calls, don't return call. I had a phone appointment schedule for 10:30 am, I received a call at 9:53 am to check me in and was told Dr. Hollie would be calling me in 15 mins, well its now 12:15 pm and no call, not answering the phone. I mean was I checked in just so the office could bill my insurance. If I find out that my insurance was billed for this visit, I will be disputing it and contacting the attorney general office as well as the BBB. I hate that I now have to find a new PCP because I absolutely love Dr. Hollie. Also, if whomever reads this is just going to respond with the generic response that I'm see on the other reviews saying call the office, please don't bother to respond at all. I mean call the office to discuss it for what, y'all don't answer the phone and dont return calls."

"I was reluctant to write this review because I think Dr. Hollie is great. However, my patience has run thin with trying to get things done through her office staff. If you don't accept Aetna, please remove it from your list of acceptable insurances on your website. Also, every time I schedule an appointment to see Dr. Hollie, the cash pay fees keep going up drastically. I've left two messages through the website, just left another one and still waiting on a follow up call from last week about my prescription....and still...CRICKETS! It's time for me to move on!"

"Let me start by saying I have been dealing with Dr. Hollie for years I've been very satisfied with her service her treatment and her ability as a medical doctor. Her staff on the other hand are rude they won't answer the phones at all if by some chance you do get someone to answer they are not helpful whatsoever I will continue to see Dr Hollie I just hope at some point she replaces her staff with individuals that have more professionalism it does make a big difference."
