If you currently have Gateway to Better Health, it is essential to apply for Medicaid. Existing Medicaid recipients should expect a letter for recertification. Failure to recertify will result in being dropped from enrollment, so please take prompt action.
- Assistance Available: For help with Medicaid enrollment or questions about pending applications, please contact our Outreach staff.
- Health and Safety Protocol: As of May 11, 2023, masks are no longer required for employees and patients inside our centers. We remain committed to the safety and health of all our patients.
- Vaccination Services: Individuals wishing to get vaccinated are encouraged to schedule an appointment by calling 314-633-6363 or visiting our vaccine clinic at 2425 N. Whittier Street.
