"Good luck if you are trying to reach this doctor, they have a system where you leave a message with the doctor'sassistant who calls back. I am looking for a primary care physician and always choose Washington University Physicians, so I left a message with the assistant that I wanted to make an appointment. She did not call me back. I waited several days, left another message, still did not get a call. Talked to the operator, asked to speak to the office manager, she hung up on me. Waited a few days, left another message with Dr Bonzelet's assistant. No one ever called me back. So I assume that if I was a patient at the Maryland Medical Group, and I was sick or needed to speak with the doctor... I would not get a call back. It's a shame when they may be good doctors but have staff that don't care and don't do their job."
