"I just canceled my first appointment because the secretary/nurse is incompetent. When I scheduled my appointment, I had suggested they get my medical records because of some particular problems I've been dealing with, but she DIDN'T EVEN WRITE MY NAME DOWN. I called to confirm my appointment time - which took 7 tries because she rarely answers the phone even during business hours- and they had no record of my name. I was listed as "NEW PATIENT." I'm not going to show up to a new office that has no knowledge of me, my name, and might have 4 "NEW PATIENTS" waiting at the same time."

"Dr. Joseph Seria is a very kind and passionate man about the health of his patients he listens do what you have to say about your health concerns and he takes appropriate action in ordering test having his nurses draw your blood or do a EKG or whatever needs to be done so that he can make sure that you're all right before you leave his office or if you need further testing that cannot be done in his office he will refer you to another physician that specialize in what you need in order to bring you to the Optimum Health that can beI have been one of his patients for 20 years he has taken very good care of my health and his bedside manner is excellent you could not ask for a better physician"
