"My sister Trish is a severe alcoholic who keeps ending up in the hospital or constantly falling and hurting herself. And Dr. Ash refuses to put her on medication to prevent her seizures or help her drinking. I’m sick of this. My sister is practically dying and this dr won’t prescribe anything to help her but effing vitamins because “she doesn’t like prescribing anti seizure, anti anxiety, only crap antidepressants that my sister doesn’t even take. This dr should be ashamed of how poor a level of health that she leaves my sister in. Update, the lack of care caused my sister to have more seizures and she ended up in a 3 month coma where upon discharge against all odds, we were told she died at least 3 times. My sister is currently very sick, but won’t call Dr. Ash because she won’t do anything to help her! She won’t prescribe the medications that could help her. And my poor sister now no longer even has insurance. Don’t go here if you expect your doctor to LISTEN to you or help you with anything in psychiatry and the doctor knows we can afford a psychiatrist."
"Dr. Ash is great, but supposedly 3 PAs have left this location (not a great sign...) and getting replies right now is like pulling teeth. I wouldn't necessarily mind waiting 2 weeks between getting routine bloodwork back and having my results read/explained, but since I've been dealing with a prolonged mystery illness, waiting 1-2 weeks each time to have my results explained and next steps given is getting very frustrating. My messages in MyMercy have been ignored and when I call and request a call back, a nurse does usually call within the next day, but only to say, "Dr. Ash hasn't looked at your results yet. Call back later." I do feel bad for the staff that is left. Mercy absolutely needs to shift personnel around and hire (and RETAIN) staff."

"Constantly fumbling my medications, rejecting them suddenly after a year for no reason other than 'needing an appointment' which they NEVER call to schedule, they just reject my daily medication. When I call to schedule the appointments they don't seem to be able to call me about, I wait 40 minutes on the line to be told I'm actually speaking with a call center worker, and the office doesn't take calls... Over 3 months wait to see a healthcare person at all, NP or otherwise. OVER TWO MONTHS for video appointments, and they still reject my refills with no communication. But as long as I "have an appointment" setup they will fill my prescription, even though it's over 3 months away, and I can use the whole requested refill before then. They fail to understand how they could simply secure that with a phone call, then fill my medication. They don't care about you, and they're bad at taking your money to boot. EDIT: HERE WE GO AGAIN, 2 months later, and they close the most banal daily script I've had for years, and replace it with a 15 day supply for NO reason 2 weeks ahead of my appointment. Now my insurance is freaking out, and express scripts is all twisted up. Like it's their hobby to keep prescribed medication from you unless you pay to sit in a room and nod for 20 minutes every 3 months. Why are all Mercy Dr's like this?"
"Dr. Ash is absolutely AMAZING - she listens to your concerns, fully explains your treatment, and is willing to answer any questions you may have. My only complaint is it can sometimes be difficult to get in and see her (though I’ve only experienced this during busy times of the year like flu and back to school season) - but the staff is usually willing to accommodate as much as they can."
