"I’ve always had great experiences here and the staff treat us with care. My toddler is hard to handle and very upset when sick and the staff has always been so gentle with him. NP Ray was extremely patient and sweet during his diagnosis today. I have never once felt rushed or ignored during our many visits."

"First off I never leave reviews, but I usually take my kids here over any urgent care but the front desk lady always seems to have an attitude. Not only that I took my 9 month old baby here to be seen as he is sick only to be told he has a ear infection and proscribed him meds, they didn’t test him for any sicknesses either. Finally was able to get in with pediatrician and come to find out he never had an ear infection, he actually tested positive for RSV. How annoying my baby was on meds for absolutely no reason and they were quick to get us out without getting the care we needed!! Very disappointed."

"Went in because my son needed meds for his sinus infection. He has really bad seizures if he gets super sick. I was trying to get him better before it lead into a seizure and they didn’t care one bit and wouldn’t give him any meds. The person at the front desk was annoyed that we walked in and she had to check us in like we interrupted her."

"This place is AMAZING. We were visiting family in St. Louis for the week (we live in Florida) when our two year old spiked a high fever. We were able to get her in right away by reserving an appointment online and had the best experience with every staff member. NP’s Donna and Cherie were so caring and professional. The nurses and support staff also went above and beyond. We ended up having to visit three times over the course of our stay in order to treat a sever ear infection and wheezing. They were so helpful and accommodating in trying to help us get our child feeling better while also making a flight home. I cannot recommend them enough! If you need a pediatric urgent care, this is the place to go!"

"This place is great to take your kids. Great parking, state of the art facility, and great nurses and doctors. The longest wait time I’ve had here was maybe 30-45 minutes. I will add, if you are one to complain about wait times...every healthcare institution has wait times. If you don’t want a wait time, spend your money on an at home nurse."
