"I called this man’s office to set up an appointment for my mom and Dr. Martin picked up the phone and I was met with an immediate attitude. that he doesn’t know what I’m talking about and was super rude. Obviously I’m going to provide you with the patient info but had to introduce the call with a quick Brief summary of I was calling about first. He didn’t take a liking to that. After I provided him the patient name he rudely said he doesn’t have that name and doesn’t know what I’m talking about. Mind you our doctor sent a referral order last week. It’s like this guy wanted to pick a fight because he was having a bad day or being egotistical. Why are you acting as your own receptionist when you have terrible customer service? Hire a receptionist who actually knows how to speak to people and you can stick with your medical expertise. Definitely wouldn’t have allowed my mom to be his patient. Terrible customer service , rude man."

"He is knowledgeable, kind and speaks in laymens terms so that you understand. His office is immaculate. He takes whatever time he needs to address your ear and hearing problems. He is the best I have ever seen and I have seen many for ear and hearing problems."

"He is an outstanding doctor! Most doctors refuse to take out wax, at least the ones I tried. I also had a dermatologist who drained pimples. Again, most refuse that I knew or called. Dr. Martin is nice, super qualified, and knowledgeable. He gives great advice as well as to what to do on my own as well as what not to do! I recommend him to everyone I know."

"Dr Martin is a no-frills, in and out master of his craft. He's helped me on a few occasions with bad ear problems. I've always received same day treatment. I was suffering from a severe ear infection and left him a voicemail sleepless in the early, early morning hours pleading to make an appointment, he called me basically the second he arrived at his office and invited me to come right in. He doesn't take insurance, and charges about fifty bucks for a quick exam/diagnosis. He understands the urgency and desperation of ear pain. He sits you right down and provides a diagnosis within minutes. I was out of his office in ten minutes flat after my last trip with a script in hand and a sense of relief that I knew what was wrong and that it was treatable. He's a DAMN good and extremely convenient doctor. I wish most practicers operated like he did and I'm going to be sad when he finally retires. Love ya, Doc. You're an angel."
