"I have lived here for 10 yrs has it's ups n down and a big turnover in management but the manager we have now Sue she's a good manager but she's not the one to fix our lights I've lived here for 10 years and we have had lights 2 yrs I have children living with me and they can't even walk around the park because it's pitch dark."

"Have a childhood friend who lives here in this park . She says it is always nice and quite . When I visit I notice that this is a small little community ,with well kept yards . Not that I have children to utilize it, but I have notice there is a great little play area for entertaining the kiddos . Nice to see what seems to be a nice little community, that is a great place available in the heart of Arnold, for those who choose for whatever reason, to call a mobile home. .. home . Props to the residents for taking pride in their community ."

I really thought she did a great job and was liked by everyone that I know of. The neighbors are really nice and take care of their property. A great place to call home."
