"We made changes to a reservation and you would think the travel agent would check over your arrangements…well Francis didn’t do it thoroughly so while we are paying for first class… we are not getting first class… she just said sorry… you looked over the arrangements too… but mind you… it is her job as an travel agent… we have used this company for years… there have been other things that I’ve overlooked… I’m done… you pay for the expertise of a travel agent… and you don’t always get it… Expedia is better!"
