"Nancy is beyond wonderful however the office at Lake St Louis is terrible, and that is an understatement. They do not have proper customer service skills as a medical office should, are snooty/rude on the phone and only act right when you're there for an appointment because they seem to care nothing more then about your money. The office staff wont take notes for my Dr I ask them to and demand i come in for ALL refills."
