One of our key offerings is the Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), a personalized approach that empowers you to discover simple, safe wellness tools. With WRAP, you can create a crisis plan and a post-crisis plan tailored to your unique needs, ensuring you have the resources to maintain your well-being.
Life Connections is committed to fostering peer-to-peer opportunities across Iowa, providing support for those who have faced emotional distress, psychiatric diagnoses, substance abuse, trauma, or other life-interrupting challenges. "Anytime I jump on Zoom the employees always made me feel welcome even if I'm kinda far away they always made me feel safe and part of the group. I would recommend any of my friends about this place when they are going through a rough time of their lives because with this group of employees they always brighten up my day and getting me out of my comfort zone and become more open to people. They don't treat me like a stranger or an outcast it's hard to put it into words but it feel like warmth and a family that cares and will sit down with you and let you talk your mind and not judge you .... Please keep up everything you guys are doing you all change how I view things now than my past ."
