"I am not sure why in the world anyone would give less than 5 stars. The ladies at the front desk were both very kind and helpful. The nurse was amazing as was the doctor. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I was going to Mercy but they couldn't get my daughter in for a sports physical. I called Clinton Urgent Care and they got me in immediately. So thank you all who work there and God bless!"

"My oldest son 14yrs old went in because he had flu symptoms... doctor said its "allergies". Then my youngest went in for same reason an was told "the test are negative but he may have the flu but he is fine an here is a school note for monday." This was on a saturday when he went in so y do I need a note for monday if he isn't sick. This place is a joke! Today is monday an his temp is still 102 I call his doc office an they look into the file an say we denied the tamaflu..... an that's not the case at all cuz the wk before my 4 yr old had flu b an had it so why would I deny it to him.....so not only did they lie about him not being sick but also on the reports so I will NEVER EVER go there again. FALSIFYING DOCUMENTS IS AGAINST THE LAW an if nothing is done I WILL be the one to do something."

"The doctor was my husband and I doctor for over 13 yrs and one day he just dropped us as patients because he was caught scamming Medicaid. The nurses and other employees act like they care about you, but they only care about making money and scamming Medicaid. The doctor also kept me on medications for yrs that were never helping my anxiety and depression and he got me hooked on meds i didn't even need! When we had to find a new doctor he took me off of 5 meds and changed some meds and now i'm doing better. They make you pay bills to them because Medicaid won't approve the bill because Medicaid caught them scamming. All doctor does is give you a new pill for any health problem and send you on your way. Everybody there is scheming and scamming every way they know how."

"I have been a patient there for the better part of 14 years. When I moved away and came back, I always came back to Doc. He truly cares about what my needs for my health are. If it is out of his scope of "know how" he will send you to who he believes is best in that area. He has fought my insurance company for me on many occasions. He has never steered me wrong or misdiagnosed me. When no one else could figure out what was wrong with my arm, HE did......If you take the time to get to know him and the staff, you will find out they all care and they are a great bunch of people."

"You can go in when YOU need to, not just when an appointment is available maybe 2 weeks from when you need help (as is often the case with a certain other Facility in Clinton). Staff is friendly and Dr O is a real person who does not act like patients are a cash crop and does not pick your pocket with needless referrals etc. He treats you himself and spends as long as he needs to with you."
