"The staff were incredibly friendly and Dr. Kumar was fantastic. I was seen in a timely manner and given what I felt to be proper care with instructions for follow up if needed. I didn't feel like anything was done that wasn't in my best interest. Would recommend them again and will be back if the need arises."

"This was my first experience with a dermatologist. Having a family history of skin cancer I decided I should get a full body scan. In this office that consisted of me taking my shirt and bra off, pants and socks stayed on. Dr. Kumar checked my back and arms, that is it. I voiced three areas of concern, one on my head, underarm and hip. He checked none of those areas prior to me pointing them out to him. We discussed those areas and decided he would “freeze” the underarm and hip as they were nothing to be concerned about. I received a bill from their office today charging me $674.61 for an appointment that lasted under an hour. He did not perform a full body scan, used the same “freeze technique “ on both areas and charged $248 for one and $165 for the other. This Dr. is a rip off, I would not recommend him to anyone."

"I don't know about the negative comments but this is my personal honest review on this place. I think my first visit was over 2 years ago when I needed to remove a mole on my face, searched and found this one was covered by my insurance (kinda a cheap one), after got denied from the one in Moline where I used to go when I had a different insurance. The first experience was great to me, they got me in much quicker than I expected, I think it was within a week, and even now its still as quick sometimes it happened within the day I requested the appointment. Anyways the nurse was a bit cold but she did her job well, doctor was friendly and quick, I didn't feel bad at all after had a cut on my face, after that it never left me any scar and healed so well I didn't even notice it used to be there. Second time was a year after that 1st, I visited him because of my acne condition, it cleared up after he gave me treatment, then I went there again for a wart removal, 3 times treatment went and the wart was totally gone like it never happened, and again the area is not infected nor scarring. Never in my life have I ever heard a doctor said: thanks for standing through with us, we love you, I was tickled a bit but then I realized I really appreciate doctor Kumar, not only because he cured my problems but also he is seems like a kind person and reliable, by his actions and words I think so. And never had issue with billing. In short, as long as Im in town I will always go to him whenever need to and recommend to everyone."

"I've had no real issues with Dr Kumar or his staff. Two out of the three times I've seen him, I had experienced longer than what I would call normal wait times, but I understand he is a doctor and things can come up. I was pregnant when seeing him and he was very cautious and hesitant about treating me which I understand, however, I was miserable with a rash and I felt like he was down playing how awful it was. I felt he could have done some research on what I could have vs couldn't have while pregnant. Instead I worked with my OB and Lactation Consultants and had to relay the information to him. Overall I was satisfied in the end and had no issues with his office staff or him. The office staff I had dealt with seemed very polite and professional."
