"I have a very hard time going to the dentist. I have anxiety attacks as soon as I walk in the door, this is still true but I have never been to a dentist that cares enough to help me manage them to get the care I need. Everyone in the office is kind, I'm always greeted with a smile and a warm blanket. Dr. Pogue and Michelle are always on their A game and do everything they can to make me comfortable and calm. Michelle is a huge patient advocate and pays very close attention to concerns and body language. Her and Dr. Have great communication and I couldn't be more greatful for the way they go above and beyond for me every time I come in. I can never repay them enough."

"I am a caregiver for my mom and she had a bad tooth that hurt so bad it needed to be pulled, it’s not easy for her to get out so she didn’t want to go from one dentist to the next because the first one she went to didn’t do extractions. My mom called this place because it was close to home and asked if they took her insurance, they said they did so she made an appointment. She went and Dr Pogue was amazing, she said she didn’t even feel anything. Well a few days passed and we got a bill for over $200, they kept calling asking for the money very rudely and we said we need to get in touch with the insurance because they said they were suppose to cover it. As time passed we got a nasty letter from them stating she is no longer a patient because we couldn’t pay the bill. It turns out that the dental office was out of network for my moms insurance. They should have never said they took the insurance!"
