"Absolutely AMAZING pediatrician. One of the BEST. HORRIFIC front staff and even worse office manager. Waited a whole year for the staff to send out referral that was never sent out of pure neglect even after asking multiple times for an update. The power trip, attitude, and demeaning tone by Tracy is unnecessary and unacceptable. I had read a similar review prior to finding this office and I wish I had listened. Do yourself a favor and find a better office that treats you with respect, with a office manager that has basic communication skills and does not get off on a power trip. Enjoy your power trip Tracy! Not on us though!"

"I am not a patient. I do not know these people personally.I called to get an appt and was told I would need to go on line.fill out the forms and they would evaluate me and decide if they would except me as a patient.i hung up and felt very upset altho no one was mean I found it very rude.they would decide if they wanted ME . Anyway 2 days later I figured I must have been in a mood or something I took that wrong so I called back to get the web address I pulled it up .I have to print 15 pages to submit. so I read the reviews this is not somewhere I want to go. This place needs some new policies and fast."

"My family has been going to this place for years. For an unbelievable reason my family won’t be seen by their office anymore. Their decision, not mine! The doctors are great but their staff has ruined that office. Find a new place to be seen if you can because they don’t care about you!"

"I was put on pain pills 7 years ago from a fall from 2 story's up. Can not be put to sleep for operation, so Dr . Casper said I would be on meds the rest of my life, DR Kumar took over after Casper and Vick Rowland. Vick gave meds for years. Dr Kumar gives me my meds very month but have to call for 5 days 2x a day before I get them. I can barely walk with out them. l am 61 and want to keep moving. Been to pain clinic and P.T therapy. Just want to get meds on time. They get upset if you keep calling and say you're hooked on them. But I do everything by the rules. Just wish I could get them I am supposed to. Probably just lost a good Dr. for speaking out. I just want my life to keep moving and not in pain all the time. She pushed up my record now no Dr will accept me saying I'm a troublemaker Just because you don't agree with them! She has really ruined my life and my health"

"I just got off the phone with the receptionist and all I can say is, "Wow." I am completely impressed, and we haven't even been there yet. The young woman on the phone was attentive to our scheduling needs and was sympathetic to my husband's medical needs. We have faced a long hard 6 years of difficult medical problems, it was really comforting to have someone care to listen."
