"My experience here was not great overall. I went in for an array of stomach issues and a very obvious gluten insensitivity. To test celiac, I got an endoscopy and colonoscopy scheduled 3 days in advance and was not informed that I would have needed to eat gluten for at least 6 weeks prior or my results were invalid. I hadn’t been eating it for months because it was killing me. So yeah, wasted money and test— I will never have a true diagnosis because I will NOT start eating gluten again! Oh well. I had prescriptions I needed that would simply not get sent out, the pharmacy was clearly getting annoyed with me, and so was the doctor because of some error someone made along the way. And I was misinformed about these prescriptions, took one of them wrong, and when I called confused, I actually got yelled at by one of the receptionists to the point of me being in tears. She made me feel stupid and like I was wasting everyone’s time and money there, when this information was never explained to me, or was just explained completely incorrectly. I waited a long time to post this so as not to cause trouble for workers involved, but to let people know what happened."

"I have Crohn’s disease. I’m in the middle of a flare up. Not my first time. Lost 35 pounds and suffered for 5 months last summer because I wasn’t getting the help I needed. Was told today that they couldn’t schedule me till July. Unfortunately this place doesn’t care about your health and well being. And I don’t even owe them a dime. Hopefully find another doctor soon."

"Great staff for inital consult. Dr. Huh was Very attentive and answered all my questions. Easy scheduling and clear billing. Procedure was just as easy with clear prep instructions which were easy to follow. Excellent take in staff and techs. Had the best iv insertion ever, got a great warm blanket. Tech who worked the procedure room were Great! Really funny and comfortable. I was out but procedure went well and Doc explained everything to my wife as I was very loopy after and dont remember any of it. Highly recommend them!"

"Not processional at all, I would give them no stars if that was an option. I have asked multiple times for an itemized bill and they refuse to send it to me even though legally they have to within 30 days. I keep getting the run aground from the billings department and managers who say their account summary is sufficient. It does not have any of the information that I requested on it. They refuse to listen and assist and continue to cut me off. On one of my later attempts I was on the phone for over 30 minutes and kept getting put on "hold" while I could hear them discussing my request and that they should just go over what they already sent me. I called back again to the receptionist after getting no where the first time and said I did not wish to speak to billings as they are not willing to help me just for the receptionist to transfer me to them anyway where the billings manager was very disrespectful on the phone and said they don't have to send me anything. This has been goin on for 2 weeks. Very unprofessional place."

"I was referred to the clinic from my PCP after a physical. I had a colonoscopy done years ago but everything was fine and Dr. Harsh had said to follow up if I was having any issues. Well then Covid happened and it just slipped my mind. My PCP just wanted someone to look at my case and make sure I didn't need another one as I am only 32 years old and young enough I shouldn't. I got the call to schedule the appt and explained why I was referred. I think someone should look over my case to make sure I really need another procedure. The nurse on the phone said she talked to Dr. Rama and my previous pathology showed I had cancer cells and I needed to have the procedure done. I was terrified and lost sleep over this. I went to the inital appointment with a nurse to get all my pre op information and she said she was really confused to why I was there. There was nothing in my chart saying cancer or that I needed this procedure at all but still pushed for me to have it. I left feeling uneasy so I called the next day to see if I could get the pathology report. I never heard back. I called three more times to make sure there was really something wrong. Never heard back but was told to keep my appt date. Finally I called the MSVSC and got my own results. THERE WAS NO TRACE OF CANCER CELLS. I was lied to and pushed off by the whole staff. This place is a money grab and untrustworthy. I did leave a message for the office manager to let her know. I never heard back...."
