"I'm a caregiver for a gentleman that has a pressure ulcer that we have been dealing with since December at the wound center in bettendorf..... It didn't get any better ... Couple different things were tried to heal this up but it didn't really work.... We had an appointment at the wound center on a Monday blood work was done and an x-ray was done.... We were notified that the flammatory markers were high.... So we were referred to a wound infection specialist 3 days later on a Thursday but we had to wait until the following Wednesday to do an MRI..... 2 days after our appointment at the wound center and the day before our appointment with the wound specialist which was Wednesday this gentleman's doctor called and said that he saw the blood work and the x-ray and we were to go to the Bettendorf ER immediately and I was to demand that they admitted him and administer an intravenous IV ..... Why couldn't someone else make this decision before instead of we having to wait.... When we got to the ER on Wednesday he was already SEPSIS..... I THANK GOD THAT HIS REGULAR PHYSICIAN STEPPED IN AND INTERVENED..... I don't have anything more to say except we will be needing another wound center but it will not be in Bettendorf Iowa!!!!!!!!!"

"I took my mother there for a wound on her leg that her regular Dr couldn't get healed up. This group of people had her on the mend in a week where he regular Dr had been at it for a few weeks. She was good to go in a couple. Everybody was so nice and friendly. I can't speak highly enough of the people here. She has been there a couple times and they always are nice, professional, and do a good job"
