Brooks Rehabilitation Outpatient Clinic - Fernandina

"In my opinion, the best place for physical therapy. I will always use Brooks on 14th St. in Fernandina. I've used them several times and have always had excellent results. The physical therapy therapists are very professional knowledgeable but also make you feel like you're the most important person to them at the time. The entire staff is great!"

"Customer service is terrible. The front desk staff are rude. Spoke with an older lady who was very argumentative . Not a good first impression for any business. Also they need to cut the tree limbs down you can't see the sign from either driving directions until your on top of the place. This needs addressing as its dangerous."

"We have had a superior experience recovering from my husband's broken hip. "We" because I was allowed in the exercise space to learn and assist. "Superior" because our therapist recognized my husband's past as an athelete, and scaled up his treatment. Hubby's goal was to return to his daily run, his therapist's goal was to bring him even farther than that. Most 80+ year-olds may not have been pressed like this. This level of personal attention and individual scaling seems to be the norm at Brooks 14th Street. Many thanks to Robert and the crew!"

"I have been coming to Brooks Rehab since way back when they were Nassau Physical Therapy in Callahan! Everyone is always so friendly, caring and professional and I just love being a patient here! I have to say that my overall most favorite therapist is Robert Springer (but I know him as 'Trey'). I have never had anyone who has been seriously interested in my welfare and well-being as he does. He's 'tough' but fair and I feel that he is just an overall great person and therapist! I love him so much that when he left the clinic in Callahan to come to Fernandina, I told him that I would follow him to the ends of the earth, which is why I'm receiving therapy again, but in Fernandina with Trey! The facility here is so much bigger and newer than the clinic in Callahan and I've made a lot of new friends! Also, Angela at the front desk is such a pleasant, lovely girl! Very professional and always ready to greet me with a warm smile! I will never go anywhere else but Brooks Rehab for any of my therapeutic needs!"
