"The online appointment scheduling process is so seamless. The woman at reception helped to navigate my insurance (on a Sunday). Also, I called ahead to be sure I could be seen for my condition and the nurse (Lashonda?) was so helpful, empathetic and kind. The provider was also very patient, thorough and helpful. If I could give this place six stars I would! All team members are professional. Bravo!"

"I brought my son here when he was sick and they got us back very quickly. The nurses in the back are phenomenal. They were so kind and gentle with my baby. He wasn’t feeling so hot and usually he will refuse to let anyone touch him( he’s 2). But, he let them do what they wanted because they have a great demeanor around children and I felt like they really cared. The PA was also very knowledgeable with great bedside demeanor. I really appreciated the care they took with my child. Thank you ladies! You’re wonderful and you three deserve a big hug for making my family feel at ease. I would definitely recommend this place. The only issue I had was that they don’t take my insurance for many of the services there. Otherwise, great experience."

"This experience was perfect from top to bottom.  The receptionist (Andrea) was super helpful on the phone helping me get an appointment.  The two nurses (Sheree and Janice were detail oriented and professional.  And the doctor (Dr. Logsdon) both listened attentively and explained his diagnosis and prescriptions clearly and in exceptional detail.  The place was clean in very well run.  I would highly recommend!"

"Impressive staff in moving lots of people through, efficiently and in short time. Front desk manager was on top of lots of things, and kept it all moving. Good marks there. Competent medical staff, fast, businesslike, and I'm thankful I was seen. Not good with regard to the insistence on my taking oral steroid without giving time for my questions and concerns. Didnot provide details on drug name when asked, just "steroid to help with inflammation". I asked if it contained sugar as I'm presently monitoring blood sugar. Against my gut instinct, ingested steroid in office. Next 36 hours has been hell with huge sustained spike in blood sugar, at alarmingly high level. I had to call office twice to get name of steroid as it was not mentioned or included in printout visit summary. Extremely upsetting experience and ruined my day and night as a result. Summary printout should include names of any drugs administered during visit. And disclosure of known side effects and other drug interactions should have been discussed in advance. And patient questions should be acknowledged and treated with respect, not condescended. Nurse was impatient to me throughout, which I blame on number of people lined up to be seen, and kudos to her for being there to see us all the day after Christmas. I'm so grateful for that . Still, don't patronize me and talk down to me. But I'm grateful to have been seen in a holiday week and would return, and will insist on my concerns being addressed and will question anyone handing me a dropper of unnamed drug to ingest. That felt wrong, and I felt pressured. I hate steroids so have been very bothered by this experience. I realize I could have said no, and I should have followed my strong gut."
