"My wife and I have been patients at Millennium and have noticed that our medical records can not be accessed by Baptist Healthcare or the other way around. This has resulted in some test being performed twice when one party can't see the result of the others testing. This is terribly inefficient. There must be some way that this can be resolved."

"My regular doctor was great before he got absorbed into Millenium's Group, now impossible to schedule with. I rarely write reviews on anything, but this office is extremely awful. I had an appointment back in December after a nonstandard medical incident occurred. My doctor was unavailable so they had me meet with his 'associate.' I met the other doctor, and after 10 minutes the appointment ended with another appointment. He ordered a diagnostic test. They called the schedule the test in Naples. (This is a common test administered locally all the time.) The reason they had to to this in Naples was because this was where their office was that did this test. I had a follow-up setup to see my regular doctor a month and a half out. Before that appointment and event happened (uncontrollable) involving the practitioner, and it had to be rescheduled. They called and said they had to reschedule for March, which I did. They then billed me for the visit THEY cancelled. I like my doctor so I didn't complain, just paid it and rescheduled. Then I follow up on my appointment for this morning, since I had no confirmation a few days out. Turns out they cancelled my appointment again, saying the provider would be out of office, and I couldn't be reschedule til May. Staff couldn't have cared less, or been less concerned how their cancellations affect the health or prognosis of their patients. If I could give zero stars I would."

"A practice problem: Beware!! My spouse Loved the lab and Alex Llarena, M.D. . however, the office manager Su—-e was demeaning and degrading! My spouse had never been to this Dr. and wanted a physical per insurance. Office and millennial charged 400$ for 2 office visits, labs, and a clean bill of health but no “free” physical. Corporate office reached out and never followed up after! Again big corp taking no accountability only your money.. small town bait and switch, with manager claiming it is “your” problem, and corporate (millennial) bankrolling and pocketing with no oversight or reparations for bad billing! Had to swallow the whole $$ lot and go to a real healthcare provider in Jax! Learned a valuable lesson, you are at the mercy of bad managers who bully and belittle, better do your research on all members of the team! Shameful!"
