"I’m most definitely going to be a loyal customer to this shop! I’ve only gone in twice, first time just for cigs and a keychain, but since I quit smoking cigs and have begun vaping, I visited to inquire about their vape products. Not only was I more than pleased by the selection they offer, but Alex, the man who helped me, had the most outstanding customer service I’ve experienced in a long time!! He was so helpful and knowledgeable about the various types of refillable vape devices they carry! "UPDATE- I understand why this store has a lot of positive reviews now. The owner saw my review and immediately reached out to fix the issue; he was not the one who we had the original interaction and purchase with. He asked me to come back in, when I did he offered a much better vape at a heavily discounted price due to the experience yesterday, and some new (correct) juice as well. he is very knowledgeable and very kind, and this experience 100% changed my mind about the shop. I do hope the man from yesterday takes this as a learning experience if he helps out again in the future, but I understand how important reviews are for small businesses and considering how well the owner handled this situation and promptly fixed this for me, it's only fair that I update this review. customer service (from the owner) is 10/10! opened the store late, sold me a vape that was seriously overpriced, and sold me the wrong juice for that vape. told me the correct juice was $10 then changed it to $20, so he could give a "discount" down to $15, since I couldn't get a refund on the wrong type of juice that he sold to me (telling me it was the correct type). and then the vape started leaking within 24 hours of buying it."
