"Took my 70 year old father in law to replace his modem a month ago when we had those really bad storms across St Louis because the storm fried the internals and it needed to be replaced. Him, his daughter and me went up to T mobile off telegraph. Long story short, the salesman Rudy said TMobile was doing a promotion to add 2 lines and we would get the phones FOR FREE. We were also told our monthly bill would not increase from $115 a month for adding the 2 lines. I asked this man Rudy F I V E times that the phones were free and he said they were every single time. We pay the taxes and leave the store. A couple weeks go by and we get our bill, remember that our bill is supposed to remain $115 per Rudy at TMobile. Well, that was not true at all, our bill increased to $215!!! Talked to TMobile and ended up finding out that Rudy LIED and tried charging us over $1500 for these 2 phones! I ended up calling the escalation hotline and making a case against the store. I ended up receiving a call from an executive who comped over $1500 for these 2 phones. HOLD THESE COMPANIES RESPONSIBLE. This is absolutely ridiculous you would try to lie that hard for a commission. Email attached from the executive at Tmobile I talked to who comped both phones. S24 and an iPhone 15. It won't let me attach the email, if you want a copy email"

"The two men at the Telegraph store were so helpful! I had an issue with my brand new iPhone and I probably called the store 8 times for help. They helped as much as they could over the phone then I ended up coming into the store where we resolved the issue. Thank you for your patience and putting up with me."

"Went in to start service. Aldin the assistant manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. He got me a great deal for me and my family and I would definitely recommend him!"

"I went in wanting to trade in my phone for a new one for a $400 credit deal they had going on. I said I did not want a payment plan. The assistant manager told me I could do the trade in without a payment plan (which i’ve found out now is not true). I sent my phone in expecting $400 off my total cost and only got back $100 for the phone. I asked the ASM why it was only $100 instead of $400 and he said to trust him that the $400 would come through. I’m now stuck in a payment plan to PAY the $400 i was told i would get credited to my account. When i went back again to ask the ASM why i’m paying $400 when i was told i would receive $400, he said it takes 2 billing cycles for the credit to process. It’s now been 4 billing cycles and I’m still stuck in the payment plan i explicitly said I did not want. I’ve spoken with customer support only to be told that the the way my plan is set up is correct based on the T&C which the ASM straight up lied to me about. These people are scammers only doing what gets them the most commission. Do not go here."
