"The first visit the manager was rude to me left me sitting 20 minutes. Finally a young man came out. He was professional. Second time. I took my iPad to get the password rest. It was mine but my sister used it. She died I got it back. He said I don’t care about your password. Buy another one. He is the devil. Rude and thinks he God of the store. The third time I returned my ear buddy. Because I could not get the rubber thing on. The young man that worked there Lcould not get them on. The manager yelled out them in the box give them back to her. You can’t return them. He told me to take them and leave. I resent this manager. He’s got some predjjuice. He hated me instantly. Rude wanted to call the cops on me. I’m 67 years old been with ATT 20 years."
"AT&T shipped me a new phone which would not complete the Bluetooth data/set-up data transfer. Rizz worked on the phone for over an hour to figure out what the problem was and how to fix it. She was patient and very courteous, explaining the various trouble shooting steps she was taking. Turns out my third-party VPN was blocking the transfer."

"Went to ATT to get a new phone. Only 1 employee who unenthusiastic helped me. Then was told I needed to remember to come back in 48 hours to have multiple trials that ATT automatically signed me up for.... for in order to not be charged in the future, I have to go and cancel them, when I didn't even sign up for them. Y'all just do it."
