They didn't talk to us when we came in and only interacted with us to tell us not to touch the controls on a model train set thats out in front. Id go to any of the other train stores in the STL area first."

They are very good at repairs, helping figure out what track I needed and wiring need to get my new layout running."

Other reviews speak of friendly service, I believe them. Unfortunately was not my experience. Maybe I just caught him on a bad day. For a novice railroader, this could be very discouraging.
