"Found a couple of cute cards I wanted to buy online, but they wouldn’t be delivered in time so I went to my closest store. Out of the 5 I picked, they only had one in store. I couldn’t find any other cards I liked and didn’t want to waste time going to another store so ended up spending money on a card and gift bag I didn’t even like. This happened to me once in the past too with a gift I wanted. Why have different inventory in your store than online? Total waste of time and money."
"I frequently visit Paper Source, even if it’s just to walk around and see what they have. The wrapping papers, cards, writing utensils usually stay the same. But the stationary items often rotate around and it’s fun to see what new things they bring in. Staff is always friendly and greets you when you come in. I have gotten many gifts from here and have had them wrap them for me. And they always look great!"
"Visited on Monday January 29th for special wrapping paper for a special event. The selection was great and I was excited to be told that they would wrap my gift for me for $10 plus materials. I made a return trip today with my gift and was charged twice as much as originally quoted and I could have done this better which is very disappointing. The bow is a joke! Have sent a picture of it to several friends and all of them said Zero Stars, especially after I told them how much I paid."
