"Not great experience at the FedEx Office on Lindbergh. I understand businesses have strict timetables, but arriving 5 minutes before closing should still mean receiving some level of service. Instead, I was met with a locked door right in my face without so much as an apology or acknowledgment. It would have been more professional and courteous if the staff had simply informed me they were closing rather than leaving me standing outside. This lack of basic customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future."
"Paul was not at all helpful, making decisions about our copy needs (pictures) as if he knew what was best for us rather than what we wanted. Images were scanned crooked, glare on several, tried to make copies of copies. He was kind, but demonstrated his ignorance of copy functions like shrink and enlarge."

"There is an older lady at this location who is absolutely unhelpful. I've been here many times and have ALWAYS thought she was rude and indifferent. However, there is a new girl named Sonia who was everything the older one isn't. Sonia was helpful, patient and professional. More employees like her and less grouch and rude."
