"Always end up waiting way past my set appointment time even when I’m the only one in the waiting room.. The nurse we always get isn’t very informative and not that great interacting with my kids."
"I scheduled an appointment for my son on a Friday afternoon out of caution for a potential serious medical issue. I was told to come in fifteen minutes early so that new patient paperwork could be filled out. On the Monday of the appointment, I was called fifteen minutes before his appointment and told that he could not be seen as a new patient because I didn’t have his medical records from his previous pediatrician, which isn’t extensive because he’s only a one year old. When I told the front desk worker that it was extremely unprofessional to wait until fifteen minutes before an appointment to notify a parent of this issue, especially when they serve a low income community and I had in fact drove from out of town, instead of apologizing and offering a solution, she placed the blame on the call center. When I asked for a records release form and how I could get him seen that day and stated that this wasn’t a light issue, I was very rudely told that if I was concerned about my child’s well-being I would have taken him to the hospital, when in fact the hospital recommendation was to take him to the pediatrician. When I told her she needed to watch how she talks to people and that she was very inappropriate in her remark, like a teenager with a bad attitude, she hung up the phone as she made more rude remarks. I still showed up to the office to try and get him seen, in hopes that they would take his well-being seriously and send the records release immediately so that they could get his records. I was informed that they would give me the records release form, but they would not try to get him in that day as scheduled and that I would have to reschedule him. This is not the first bad experience that I have had at this office. From the very first day I went with my newborn, the front desk workers had poor bed-side manners. My very first experience even was with the short haired older women speaking to with me with an attitude before I had even started speaking to her, which carried on to each appointment thereafter to the point that I would avoid having to go to her window. No matter how much I love and trust Dr. White, I will not return nor recommend this office again until either her office staff receives training on how to properly speak and interact with patients, or until they are removed completely. Ten out of ten do not recommend."
"Absolutely love this office and the staff. Front desk ladies are always nice and patient. Easy to get in touch with for any questions. Dr brown is amazing and is quick to respond or any questions or concerns I have. Dr Warner white is so sweet and also so patient. My daughter is 3 does not like coming to the doctor and she was amazing with her."
"We love Dr Warner-White!! My oldest is just shy of turning 13 and she has been his doctor since the day he was born. My other kids have been patients since they were born as well. She loves what she does and takes the time to shows she cares. Nicole is amazing as well she’s always friendly and helpful. The front desk is always welcoming and accommodating as well."
"I’ve been taking my kids to Dr. Warner-White for about a year and a half now. Every single person I’ve ever come in contact with at their office, is AWESOME! The girls at the front desk, the nurses, and Dr are always so kind to my family. Dr. Warner-White is amazing with my little ones, and genuinely cares about my questions and concerns. I can’t thank them enough for everything they do. ❤️"
